Our Roots The Reiss SAT Seminar program was begun by Stephen Reiss in 1988.   A veteran of more than 150 seminars, Reiss conducts his classes both on school campuses and at his Chula Vista office.   Reiss has been a member of MENSA, the high IQ society, since 1991.
